Scotland's landscape is ideal for keeping in trim - its towns and cities as well as its countryside - ready to meet today's need for a regular regime of light to moderate exercise...
So we have created some tours and city breaks, which include various guided walks, so that you can feel good and see the sights at the same time.
At a fairly constant medium pace, walks are 1 - 1.5 hours in total, including 30 - 40 minutes uphill....all in the company of a professional guide, who will familiarise you with the local area as you go.
Walks start with a guided visit to a visitor attraction, and end back at the meeting point - so that each walking tour is a half day.

A - easy (1 - 10%) AA - light to medium (10 - 20%) AAA - medium to slightly hard (20 - 30%) AAAA - quite hard (30 - 40%)
